I suck. Plain and simple .. and heres why

Ive bowled with great form, 200 avg, and more ball speed and revs than I do now, til I was injured quite a bit this past decade, and especially even until 2006 when I had to quite until just recently

Im trying to upload a video now. Ive had some injuries in the past 6-10 yrs that really get to me.. A torn ACL and MCL on my slide leg, torn Rotator cuff and tendon and nerve damage in my hand, Both on my bowling arm..

So over the years I have altered thing to help take some stress off things.. ESPECIALLY the shoulder . I have a little compilation vid Im trying to upload now but its taking forever, so that you guys could help me.. I know Im bending my elbow a bit and am a little stiff on the release, but hopefully that will come in time, with practice..

But what is the cause and solution for getting a nice smooth release, instead of the hop?

Oh fyi 196 avg with my ball speed rev rate and issues Ive had with my shoulder hand and knee, and I would still kick your *ss.. your just annoying, and I knew this was gonna be a fun thread to start

I made and donated a few ramps to a local handicap league a few years back. I could make another if it would help you out.

Yea I gotta physical therapist im meeting with next week. I just want to figure out what Im doing wrong as far as releasing the ball, to make it not bounce once it hits the lane

As far as CRD goes, and everyone else on here who is thin skinned and takes offense to me, Im sorry for you guys.. Im not sorry on my behalf, because I am a good guy who gets along with everyone.. I just call things how I see them, and say what is on my mind, and Now I get the 3rd degree on a public forum for stating a opinion, "partially" in pure sarcasm, saying we need more hot chicks, then I get blasted by all your defenses lol.. Man , if I get under your skin now with internet sarcasm, Id hate to have a beer with you! youd be crying by the end of the night!

mj79, you just have to know CRD's motive. He, like you, "calls them as he sees them", he just sees them differently than you.

Thing is, I think most guys would run if they were told about a potential date "She loves to bowl, and she has a GREAT personality!"

Do I care if the female bowlers on T.V. are good looking? No, not really, but eye candy is ALWAYS nice.
