I moved down from 16 to 15 a few years ago due to aging knee issues. Going down just a pound made a surprisingly big difference . I still have aches and pains but not like before. However, I noticed that I get more deflection with the 15 pounders, especially on lighter pocket hits. This is no surprise because I am a speed dominant stroker. If my knees could take it, I would not hesitate going back to 16 pounds.
