Can he add PBA Rookie of the year to his credits?

For some reason I don't feel that he is going to have the success (cough, cough) that he's had in the comfy comfines of his home house.

Did anyone tell him they don't allow you to pre-bowl? Pre-pay yes, pre-bowl, no.

They're a lot of different perspectives that will be shown from this.

I see it like this...

For him to do this, I think he is trying to establish creditability and possibly reach goals that he has made for himself...

But...

Even if he succeeds or has some kind of success, he will always be ridiculed by those who believe he never achieved the feat.

I have no sides to choose as to whether or not he's credible...I try and stay neutral and see it from both sides of the coin...

just my opinion...

It is nice to see him try it though. So many on this board criticize him but I am interested to see what he does.

I wanna see what he does but I don't think it will be much, I still think he is nothing but a hack who has had it his way in his bowling alley all his life. When He gets to the PBA it will be a big switch.

I'd rather see him try the shark pattern. Cheetah is the highest scoring pattern, if I remember correctly.

It will be interesting to see how well he does. For his sake it would be nice to have a good showing, though.

To be fair, the Cheetah used to be one of the easier patterns.  Now that they've tightened the pattern up, it's nowhere near as high scoring as it used to be and is actually probably one of the tougher patterns.

It should be a good test for him either way.

He has a 6th place in his first regional....On the SHARK.

This is the pattern a well known coach said he would do well on.....
He theorized he may struggle on all the other patterns.. that are more reactive.

Even though I dislike the kid for what he has done to our once great respectable game, lets not hang him until after he bowls. I know In my first TQR on Cheeter, I averaged an amazing 192 after averaging almost 250 in league. I still have the scars from you armchair qb's to prove it.
