World Championships

With the first Tour stop upon us it is time to start asking who will win.  Who will win the World Championships this year and why.  I will say Wes Malott because he has the full support of Roto-Grip and a new line of top quality equipment that fits him well.

LOL!!  Would he be using the 4 or 5 step approach or both?

Oh, & my vote is for PDW!

i was down yesterday for the 1st day of qualifing and i'll have to go with rash or barnes.  rash had the best look on the fresh and barnes was just sick on the shot when it was broken down already.  barnes played up 5 for the most part with a noize polished drlled pin axis

I use to live in Wichita, and I would love to see someone like Matt, Beau, Nathan or Jay win it all.  It'll be hard to bet against Sean, knowing this is home turf and he's been in winnning situations.

PDW climbing the ladder.  Randy Pedersen tied for 29 after 12 games, be nice to see him make the tv final.

I gotta say PDW... It'd be a great thing to see Randy make the show

How bout a Pete vs. Randy final?  That'd be pretty cool.

DAMNIT!!!

I thought there was still 6 more to go, but someone convinced me it's only 12 games!

Tommy Jones

However my dark horse pick is Ken Abner.  He is bowling really well right now.  I crossed next to him two weeks ago and he made it look pretty easy.

Tournament format is 3 days of qualifying for the entire roster... that way each of the three squads gets to bowl on the fresh lanes in the morning, the burned lanes in the afternoon and the fresh lanes at night.

Thursday night after qualifying they cut to the top 25% and then there is qualifying for those bowlers on Friday.

Well as it appears Wes will miss the cut I will be pulling for Sean Rash.
