Second Dimension ?
« on: December 22, 2008, 01:10:02 AM »
Today our pro shop operator got 2 case Dimension, when he check the ball, he find a ball called Second Dimension. The ball was in the original Dimension's box with the Dimension drill sheet. The color is red/green pearl. Not sure it is
Pearl reactive, Pearl Particle or a Hybird. The ball look Finish by 1500-grit Polish. Serial No.: 08TDDL096023.
Is these is the new release or a Blem?

Looks like anyone using Storm have them in the bag this week. A good step down from their Virtuals from what I saw.

Now you've piqued my interest.  The gubment will be giving me some of my money back soon and I've been looking at a Virtual/Dimension & something else.  Maybe 2nd Dimension...

FYI guys, while trading some messages with Storm's brand manager Doene Moos, he had this to say about the new ball: "The Second Dimension will offical release on 2/12/2009, all I can say, this ball hooks!"

The first one on Jeffs site reminds me of "The Deal"

This ball is clean through the front and strong off the spot. The motion is different than most pearls as it doesn't flip nor arc. It picks up the midlane extremely well, faces the pocket and just drives through the pin deck. Getting the ball down the lane wasn't an issue but it doesn't squirt when it hits friction, it has a very defined shape and impact. Transition was easy to read as the oil did it's thing. I've drilled up two so far with a return of $1550. Thats enough reason for me to post my opinion. If you are a fan of Storm or have thought about a new pearl, this would be the ball.
