I agree with these guys. You can achieve that power (speed and revolutions) without that much force on yourself. I'm sure somebody will chime in to further expand on that.
If you look at the first video in my profile (poor quality) that's what I was trying to do. Of course, it worked. But it puts
way too much strain on the body, which is why I'm trying to knock that habit.
Other than that, I see no issues.
