New Brunswick Ball Releases
« on: May 13, 2009, 08:40:34 AM »
Today, I was in a conference call with Billy O. from Brunswick.  During that call, the new ball information was released to all of the Advisory staff.  I will only give the names of the upcoming balls.  The more specific info including coverstocks, weight blocks, RG values and diffs will be disclosed to you at a later date.  I am real excited about the changes discussed and look forward to a banner year going forward.

Ball 1 - Siege

Ball 2 - Wild Thing

Ball 3 - Python

Ball 4 - Avalanche (different color)

If Billy O reads this, when you produce the videos for the new bowling balls, please utilize the above/behind shoulder angle so we can see your approach and delivery.

Thank you.

The new Avalanche will be more than just a color change. Don't ask. I will not tell.

Siege looks ugly... but let's see how it does on the lanes. Sounds like a strong piece.

Thanks for the link Burak Natal.

Is the Wild thing a solid or pearl?

Just to add.

Siege - New core/new cover

Wild Thing - New core/old cover

Python - Old core/old cover

Avalanche - To replace the Pearl.

Three new colors of Power Grooves.

Two new colors of Target Zones.

Also, engraved plastic - Skull and shoot, I forget.

siege looks good hmmm....

Seem to be too strong for the conditions I see. I hardly ever use my Ultimate Inferno (original not remake), which is why I didn’t buy the Maxx Zone, so I doubt I will get the Siege.

Wild Thing looks interesting though, maybe a bit like the Rouge Cell / Break Point. Can't wait to see Billy O's video. Definitely on my long ‘to-buy’ list.

And I’m glad that they are not blue! Too many new blue Brunswicks lately!!!

Also interested in the new Avalanche (if it’s indeed more than a color change)

FINALLY! Info!

The Wild Thing looks like a ball i'll be picking up. I'd drill it identical to my Ride probably.

The Siege looks like a very interesting piece, and when the money comes along, that ball will be in my bag, just with a 6" drilling probably. Haha.
