These "old favorites" hold nice places in our memory banks don't they?
Back when most of us were using that ball the lanes had much less oil, and the oil was a lower viscosity, too. On today's conditions with the right match up they can still be great weapons. Not long ago i saw a guy just crushing it with an old beat up DZ.
This same cover is on the Copperhead, so theoretically one could get a close reaction if the surface was duplicated.
In my own experience with the Copperhead, and based on my recollection of the Danger Zone, I think we can still get quite close.
