Please remove or replace the lefty on this video. He is not marketing this ball well

I'm in the process of trying to find out where I fit in the bowling world. I do not know my tech specs of my game, but it's all a learning process.

I for one love the core/cover combo on the Plague and from what I've seen so far the Infection looks like it's a winner.

Something about walking into the pro shop and saying "I wanna get an Infection" just doesn't seem right to me!

Based on the Hammer "scale", the Taboo is a 22: 6 for Finish, 9 for Cover, and 7 for Core at
800/1000/2000/2000 Abralon
The new Infection is a 21: 5 for Finish, 9 for Cover, and 7 for Core at
800/1000/2000/4000 Abralon

Does that just mean if you sand an Infection to 2000, instead of 4000, it would give the Infection a +1 point, and you would get a similar Taboo reaction?

  Looks like he showed the difference between the two balls best for me.  Infection was much harder off the spot.  Once he moved in to compensate, it looked great.

@Ricky

The core in the Taboo is slightly stronger than that in the Infection:

Taboo - RG (2.50) Diff (.060) MB .016

Infection - RG (2.50) Diff (.055) MB .011

The Taboo is going to be a stronger ball overall where you will see more motion downlane with the Infection. They should compliment each other very well.

The core in the Infection looks like it might be a core that just might match up to my style. I intend to empty my bag of my Lane 1 balls as soon as I can afford to and replace them with Ebonite balls and maybe Hammer also.
