Best Ambidextrous bowler you ever saw
« on: August 01, 2008, 01:00:01 PM »
New a bowler by the name of K. Shaw that had 300's and 700's with both hands back in the 80's. He was smooth as butter either way. Man I am getting old!

Don Ware, a bowler from north Alabama (his brother Ron is pretty well-known). Don carries about 220 righthanded but has rheumatoid arthritis. When it flares up, he has to switch to lefthanded, where he carries about 210.

In Charlotte, NC it was Bill Storey. He averaged around 210 plus with either hand and shot 300's from both sides.

The great Clay Rees is impressive left handed. Only "Rico" would know him...

Ric, why would we ever want to throw the ball right handed?

Actually, I think Robert Lawrence is naturally left handed, he just learned to bowl right handed.  I could swear I remember him writing left handed.
