Quick story:
League Secretary, on his own, has decided to suspend me for an altercation over telling someone to pull up their pants. He, the league secretary, has been telling other bowlers that the suspension will be either 1 year or 2 weeks depending on my reaction when he notifies me in person this coming week.
Longer story:
The bowler misses a spare and proceeds to make a scene of all scenes and blamed me for it. He goes to the secretary telling him I did this while he was on the approach. He addresses the issue with me and I told him that was incorrect and was backed up by the insane bowler's team captain. I thought this was the end of it.
I take the following week off because I do not want to deal with the bowler the following week. My team captain tells me he was badgering the league officials over the incident all evening, and even bothered my teammates on my whereabouts.
So my team captain gets a call 10days after the incident and the secretary tells him I have been suspended for a year. But later said he over reacted and said it would be 2 weeks or a year depending on my reaction when they tell me in person. His mind is made up even after hearing the other team captain.
How can he do this? I dont think he can do this, at least from what I read in the USBC rule book. I need options, opinions, or something!
