What are you thoughts on TO bowling the USBC OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP Wednesday 10 pm ET....

Will this be the normal hard shot or something else... 
Do you think this is good for bowling?

Qualify for what? It's an OPEN tournament, anyone who is a USBC member can bowl.

Are you confusing the USBC Open Tournament (read: National tournament) with the US Open (PBA tournament)? Only thing I could think of. He is bringing his team there, comprising of Tom Clark and Mike Jakubowski. He also is going to bowl alongside McNeil for minors.

For the Nationals patterns, he's going to get the same pattern laid down that we all get.

Everyone on his pair will. Besides, bowling with the commissioner of the PBA would be worthy enough alone.

It says Dont Miss It! Former NFL Star Terrell Owens will the USBC Open Championships on Wed @ 10 pm ET and we will have LIVE covedfage on BowlTV!

And thats not all! Its the first part of a doubleheader as defending all events and doubles champion Matt McNiel takes to the lanes immediately following!

Help us spread teh word and be sure to tune in for the entering night of bowling,,,,

Then it shows his picture with Gold IQ I beleive..

Still sounds like marketing

It is marketing, but it's not like the show is on ABC or NBC or anything, it's a live webcast, how many people actually watch it other than us bowlers?

If he throws the ball straight then the tournament condition or any other condition will not matter. Watching anyone shoot 120s no matter the venue is not entertainment.
