Ok....after reading charlest post re: his S&A experience...and of course we all know how Saw the Rack feels........I was just thinking.....

Poll:

1. Of those who throw Mo ..... are you happy with the equipment ?

Yes or NO ( If no, please breifly explain )

Also if NO
2) ...have you had bad experiences with other mfg's??

NOTE: This post is strictly for factual gathering and is not in support or an attempt to slam this equipment.

Please answer honestly.

I recently got my first Mo ball, the TS&A, and at first, I did not like it at all. With the OOB surface, it was very very touchy, and did not hit as well as I had hoped. however, after I polished it, horse of a different color. Got down the lane with more ease, is very forgiving, and hits like no other. great ball.

I have tried the following MO balls:

Colosus
Ravage
Sock & Awe
Total Shock & Awe
WMB

They have all rolled well for me and I carry most all light and flush hits with them. My favorite out of those is the TSA with the S&A coming in 2nd. MO just needs to come up with something weaker than the Sahara. I have seen several of these in action and they are alot stronger than advertised.

I'm not going to argue here...however.......

I bet that these Sahara's are all drilled stronger than they should be

JRevs--Being very factual here.  The ONLY MoRich ball I have used is an Onslaught and it was very nice ball but nothing special.  I found it jumpy at times on the backend.  Not sure if it was the lane condition or ball.

I also think if I had a driller like kotm fit me Mo's ball's probably would work better for me.  MoRich equipment seems hard to fit for some bowlers.

BTW--I didn't like Track's assymetrical cored balls either.  Many love the FreakOut...I didn't.  Just me.

I have the Ravage and the S&A and I love both.  Have shot my highest games and sets with the Ravage.  Just have not found enough oil in most houses for the S&A, but it carries well when I can use it.

I am a proud owner of a S&A now for some weeks, and I like it very much. It is a great ball, kind of Absolute Inferno with the reaction of a Smonin' Inferno.

I just hope it keeps this great performance over time (but there is no reason to doubt about this yet...).

I am very happy with it. It was hard to get it here in Germany, but it turns heads because of the killer performance and the mostly unknown brand name (in fact, the only 2 MoRich balls I have seen "live" are a WMB and my S&A).
A review is in preparation, but will take some more weeks of testing.

The carry i get just drops my jaw at times, however I don't like the fact that everything in the line up is meant to hook.  Thats my only beef with Mo. His particle balls (seems like thats all there was for a while) seem to roll at the feet, yet somehow retain pop at the pocket to carry all sorts of hits.  The reactives I have found to be average, sorry guys not liking them, but thats me. I couldn't wait for a ravage... I wish I had in the end, but it was  an easy ball to move when I went out and ripped the cover off ppl where amazed at the backend, so selling it was easy.   I guess what I'm saying is the reaction shape doesn't fit me well, but the hit seems to fit ANYBODY well.  In all fairness, there are few balls out there that I truely like right at the moment, my favorites have been storm's with accutred covers for the most part. I have also had major fall outs with Columbia, Roto, and to a lesser extent brunswick/lane 1 bomb balls. So its not just the Mo thing.  In fact every time my brother wants a new ball Mo is what I recomend to him, he kills with em.

i own currently:

total shock and awe (love it now that i have it redrilled properly)

i have owned:

womb (loved it only particle ball i have ever had success with-shot 2 of my 1st 3 700's ever-i will be getting another one soon i think)

sahara (didn't like it but the house i bowl on always has some carry down so weaker balls and me (no hand) don't match up with that very well)

while certainly i would try other balls (since i am a ball whore) morich new releases are always on my "a" list

I have a S&A, Ravage and WMB. I'm in the process of getting a TA as we speak.

I like the S&A very much, the hit is just crazy (see my other post), if not the hardest hitting ball I've ever had. At times though, it can be very over/under, sometimes hooking, sometimes not. Very sensitive to your release.

The WMB is a great control ball for me. Great for fresh shots we my other stuff is over reacting. The hit is pretty good as well. Very forgiving for me at least.

The Ravage is way stronger then advertised. Very skid flip for and release sensitive. Hit and carry is pretty good, but it does leave a few nasty splits at times, but thats the bowler I think

Overall Mo's balls are just different animals compared to other balls. More argressive in design, but I guess the bowling has to match up to them. I've had pretty good sucess with them.

The Morich I've had:
Onslaught
Ravage
Colossus Pearl
Pioneer
Shock and Awe
Weapon of Mass Bias

Very satisfied with all. I wish I would not have gotten rid of my Colossus Pearl.

morich balls I have TSA, SA, WMB X 2, ONSLAUGHT, MAYHEM, RAVAGE 1,3, TA,

of these my wmb is the best.  My TSA is great however in the areas I bowl at these balls are just way to strong for current lane conditions.  However,  I do think that you really need someone who knows morich equipment to get it probably drilled.

really needs a ball for dry lanes.  NOT DRIER LANES.  DRYYYYYYYYYYYYY LANES.  balls such as the onslaught and sahara just are way to strong even with any type drillings.
