The customer is always right. In this situation, there is no reason for the delay. If your supplier could not get the ball, USE A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER. Since this whole situation was all screwed up from the second that raffle ended, here is my suggestion.
Since you were the seller, and you clearly had a horrible selling experience here, maybe you should refund the 15.00 to everyone in the raffle, and get the ball to the winner at YOUR COST.... You screwed up... whether it is 15.00 from one guy or 10 guys.... You didn't come through in a timely manner. Bottom Line.
You should eat the cost of this sale, and made everyone happy that was involved and treated poorly!
