BB.com gift certificates not working

Just tried to buy a ball, I got my $10 off for using google checkout, but it is not accepting the gift certificate codes as it was just yesterday.  It says the gift certificate is valid, but it doesn't take $30 off the total.  Kieth talked us all into purchasing these gift certificates and now google has cut us off. So It appears you can't get $10 off and use a gift certificate.  I think I may put in for a refund.

I had the same problem.

It was a mistake that I made after paying for the GC.  I failed to provide a proper e-mail addy to send the codes to.  You'll need to speak with a CSR or try to purchase a few more GC and provide complete data for them to be sent to.

I just used my last ones with the last 20 minutes and it worked, old used certificates will not work. I used 2 certs on my order and NL10 with another 10 bucks off at google, it looks like some people have been flagged and some have not.

I ordered 3 on Thanksgiving and selected the send to email option and have not gotten anything yet.  i did get an email from google stating an item had shipped but no certificates in email yet,  how long did it take you guys and gals....

I have the gift certificates already.  They are just not working with the google checkout anymore.  The odd thing is I purchased 3 certificates last wed. and used them thurs. and everything worked out.  I purchased three more friday and they sent me the same codes, however I had no problem using one certificate for shoes.  Today it is not letting me use the certificate codes.

They sent the codes to your email, when you checked out did you select the no thanks, just send via email....

I think I have been flagged.  I was looking at getting a uturn Particle for $49.99-$10.00 google discount and a gift certificate for $30, net cost $30 shipped.

The proper info has, most likely, not been forwarded to bb.com or google checkout.  Get in touch with Pat( a CSR @ bb.com) and she'll help you.

I just called them and no one can help me. They said to try to call Google.  Google said try to call Bowlingball.com. I should call a lawyer!

call a lawyer for what?? The problem is that people that where greedy screwed this whole deal up for the people that just wanted to buy a couple of things.. I can't blame bb.com for stopping the madness until they fugure out what is going on with the certs and google..

I am sure google can just refund your money.. I would go that route first..

So I ordered 3 certificates and have heard nothing from them whats the problem, I ordered thursday and expected a delay from thanksgiving but here it is Saturday and nothing....

I am sure google hadn't considered the gift certificate advantage, and like jkiser said i can't blame them for stopping it, but I think they should honor any gift certificates already sold.

Not sure what the problem is. I ordered 3 of them about 20 minutes ago and received them in my email box within 5 minutes of ordering them thru the Google checkout.
